Selection is a decision, not a choice.
A realistic dual-preparation approach for UPSC and State PSC, where the common GS foundation can be built once and then adapted for state-specific needs. A beginner roadmap also supports starting with NCERTs, limiting resources, current affairs, test practice, and consistent revision rather than trying to do everything at once.

- Treat this as a long-term commitment and stay consistent.
Educational
- Keep a printed syllabus and a notebook of PYQs from the last 8–10 years.
- Write at least 2 answers daily.
- Read newspapers and current affairs regularly.
- Practice at least 50 MCQs daily.
- Give weekly tests and track your progress.
